Q: How do I earn points?

A: You can earn points by playing slots and table games with your Colusa Rewards Club card. Every $1 played earns you one point and you can earn rewards at all of our casino games.


Q: How do I obtain a win/loss statement?

A: Just stop by the Colusa Rewards Club to fill out a request form and a guest service representative will be happy to help you.


Q: How do I earn Free Play?

A: Free Play is a promotion that gives you credits to play on slot machines. To qualify for Free Play use your Colusa Rewards Card when playing slots or table games. Free Play is based on your play only while using your Colusa Rewards Card. Free Play credits are non-refundable, non-cashable and non-transferable, and management reserves all rights.


Q: How do I earn entries for giveaways and drawings?

A: You can earn entries by playing with your Colusa Rewards Card at slot machines and table games. Your entries are automatically calculated and awarded to you electronically, just stop by a promotional kiosk to deposit your tickets into the drawing drum!


Q: How do drawings work?

A: Guests are eligible to receive drawing tickets based on the points they earn each day. Guests can then deposit their earned tickets into the drawing drum via promotional kiosk. Winners are randomly selected at designated drawings times. The drawing and name of the winner are announced throughout the casino and winners have a set amount of time to claim their prize.


Q: Do I get discounts for using my Colusa Rewards Card?

A: Yes. You can get discounts on dining, hotel rooms, entertainment, and in the Colusa Casino Resort gift shop. The percentage of discount you receive is based on your Colusa Rewards membership level. See the Colusa Rewards desk for details.


Q: Do you have to play with a card?

A: No, but by doing so you give yourself the opportunity to earn points and other great benefits that are given to Colusa Rewards cardholders.


Q: What can you earn with your points?

A: There is a wide variety of great benefits available to you. You can cash your points in for Free Play at our Kiosks, for meals and entertainment, at our hotel and gift shop, and for massages and other services at The Wellness Center. Q: Who is eligible to join the Colusa Rewards Club and is there a fee?

A: Anybody over 21 is eligible to join, and it is absolutely free.


Q: Does my Colusa Rewards Club Card expire?

A: Your Colusa Rewards Club Card does not expire; however, the point balance on your card expires after 6 consecutive months of inactivity. However, this “clock” is reset any time you use your card.


Q: How can I use my Free Play?

A: Visit the Colusa Rewards desk for instructions on how to use your Free Play. The friendly staff will explain the process, as well as provide you a small cheat sheet for you to keep.
