Keith Erickson

Chef Keith found his passion for the culinary arts at a young age. Beginning in small restaurants at the age of 15 and working his way up to resorts in Las Vegas, Chef Keith graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 1985 and earned numerous accolades and awards along the way. Winner of the Oregon Chef of the Year and Winner of the annual Sacramento Chef Challenge, Chef Keith has been wowing guests with signature dishes in Wintun Dinnerhouse at Colusa Casino Resort since 2010.
