We continually review our programs to improve the loyalty experience for our guests and provide the best benefits available for our members. We take comment cards, guest feedback, and rewards club member requests seriously. Based on this feedback, we’ve found opportunities to enhance benefits to all card tiers and increase the loyalty experience of our top guests by evaluating and altering the tier point structure.

Rewards members who earn the minimum amount of required Tier Points will advance to the next tier level. While earning periods will continue to be 6 months, we will now offer instant tier upgrades to guests who earn the required minimum points prior to the end of the evaluation period. For instance, if you sign up for the first time and earn 5,000 points on your first day, you can visit Guest Services that day to upgrade to the Ridge Level.

The total number of qualifying tier points for each card level is as follows:

• Valley: Entry Level
• Ridge: 5,000 points
• Butte: 20,000 points
• Vista: 50,000 points
• Summit: 150,000 points

Tier points are earned by playing slots or tables with your Rewards Card and now your Bingo Buy-In also counts towards your Tier Points earned. Points are earned at the following rates:

• SLOTS
  • Every $1 Spent = 1 Point
• TABLES
  • Blackjack – Every $5 Bet = 1 Point
  • All Other Tables – Every $5 Bet = 2 Points
• BINGO
  • Every $1 Spent in Admissions = 3 Points

While both Tier Points and Rewards Points are earned at the same rate, Tier Points are only used to determine your Tier Status: Valley, Ridge, Butte, Vista, Summit. Tier status is determined in January and July and is based on your play and point accumulation for the prior 6 months. As you accumulate points by playing slots, tables, or bingo or purchasing items with cash in the dining outlets or Gift Shop, you earn Rewards Benefits or Rewards Points. These points can be redeemed in the food outlets, Gift Shop, or River Valley Lodge. In addition, Rewards Points can be converted to Free Play or Cash upon accumulation of a required number of points.
By Redeeming Rewards Points in the Outlets, you impact the balance of your Rewards Points, not your accumulated Tier Points. In other words, the amount of Rewards Points you have available does not determine your Tier Status. Rewards Points are earned at the following rates:

• SLOTS
  • Every $1 Spent = 1 Point
• TABLES
  • Blackjack – Every $5 Bet = 1 Point
  • All Other Tables – Every $5 Bet = 2 Points
• BINGO
  • Every $1 Spent in Admissions = 3 Points
• DINING OUTLETS
  • Every $1 Spent with Cash/Credit = 2 Points
    • Excludes Alcohol Purchases
• GIFT SHOP
  • Every $1 Spent with Cash/Credit = 2 Points
    • Excludes Alcohol and Tobacco Purchases
• HOTEL
  • Every $1 Spent with Cash/Credit = 2 Points

Your Rewards points will still be available on your account. Though your Tier Status will be new, the information on your account will remain the same.

All Rewards members will be eligible for instant tier upgrades. Upon reaching the required number of points for the next tier level, you can visit Guest Services to receive your new card and your tier upgrade award. Based on the tier level you have earned, you will be awarded $25-$100 Instant Rewards at the time of upgrading your card. You can then begin enjoying more benefits associated with your new tier level.

You can always visit Guest Services to check on your tier level. Butte, Vista, and Summit Level members will be notified of their tier status after the evaluation period in January and July via a mail piece. Ridge, Butte, Vista, and Summit Level Members who have downloaded and are logged into the Mobile App will also receive notification through the app.

Points earned during the set 6-month evaluation periods will determine your tier level. Points earned between January 1st –June 30th will determine your level for July 1st –December 31st. Points Earned between July 1st –December 31st will determine your level for January 1st – June 30th. If you earn the required amount of points prior to the end of the evaluation period, you can visit the Rewards Club to receive your new card!

The staff at Guest Services will be happy to assist you in checking your Tier Status, Tier Points, and Rewards Points. You can also check your points earned and Tier Status via the Colusa Casino Resort Mobile App available on iTunes and Google Play

You can use your Rewards Points towards purchases made at Jack’s Place, the Gift Shop, the River Valley Lodge,  or the Snack Bar. You can also redeem your points for Instant Rewards at any Promotional Kiosk. You are also eligible to redeem points for Cash when you reach 250,000 points in a 6-month period. Redeeming your Rewards Points does not affect your points earned for your Tier status.
