EVS Technician (full-time) (part-time) – Maintains the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices and other required areas. This includes all aspects of floor care.

Building Technician (full-time) – Maintains the structural and overall integrity of the facility and outbuildings.

Drop Count Clerk (full-time) – Responsible for Electronic Gaming Device (EGD) canister drop. Responsible for count and verification of EGD and Table Games drops.

Bartender (full-time) – Responsible for ensuring positive guest experience, set-up, maintenance, and operation of the bar. Utilizes computer system to reconcile customer bills and payments. Responsible for end-of-shift reconciliation.

Cook (full-time) – Prepare menu items in accordance with established procedures, method of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all times.

Food and Beverage Front of House Supervisor (full-time) – Assists Front of the House Supervisor and Executive Chef with all department and guest needs in a professional manner.

Kitchen Aide (full-time) – Responsible for keeping the kitchen in good sanitary condition and work area clean and orderly.

Server/Cashier/Host/Hostess (part-time) – Coordinate entire server station and communicate with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Promote good customer relations. Responsible to provide information and control flow of guests through restaurant and take reservations. Handle all cash transaction by using a Point of Sale System.

Guest Safety Ambassador (full-time) – Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions. Patrols and promotes safety throughout the facility and properties.

Hotel Front Office Supervisor (full-time) – Responsible for exceptional guest service skills by possessing a clear understanding of all Front Office processes, and providing information to Resort guests regarding promotions, events and area attractions. This position supervises the Front Desk, PBX, Reservation, Night Audit and Bell staff in conjunction with the Hotel Manager to insure the highest quality guest experience.

Hotel Room Attendant (part-time) – Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens, and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.

IT Network Administrator (full-time) – Assists in definition, design, and implementation of networked systems. Implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) to improve the performance and reliability of the system under the guidance of the IT Manager. Assists in network system planning, installation, monitoring, testing, and servicing (including cable installation). Trains other employees on systems.

Gift Shop Clerk (full-time) – Handle transactions involving cash. Work directly with guest in retail atmosphere.

Guest Service Representative (part-time) – Under the supervision and guidance of the Marketing Manager, the Guest Service Representative facilitates all facets of the work and activities done through the guest service desk. This includes, but is not limited to: guest relations, bussing and promotions as described below.

Slot Attendant (part-time) – Responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the Casino floor and attending to the needs of our guests. Repairs small technical problems with the slot machines, that can be quickly remedied, so that the guest can continue with an enjoyable gaming experience.

Table Games Dealer/Table Games Poker Dealer (full-time) – Responsible for providing an entertaining atmosphere for guests while dealing Table Games according to the game rules of the particular game being played. Responsible for the overall conduct of the games according to the standard operating procedures set forth by the department and monitors the tables at all times to protect the profitability of their games.
