EVS Technician (full-time and part-time) – The Floor Tech is responsible for completing all daily work assignments which includes all  aspects of cleanliness and maintenance of an assigned area in the Casino as well as the position’s primary focus of floor care. Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor the lead floor tech maintains all floors. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing and shampooing to keep floors at a glossy shine and carpeted areas clean.  The position must be able to greet and assist guests as needed while working on the Casino floor.

Facilities Building Technician (full-time) – Maintains overall integrity of the facility and outbuildings. Duties may include repair, maintenance or new construction involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, concrete, or HVAC equipment.

Facilities Lead Building Technician (full-time) – Assists Supervisor in the coordination of staff on assigned shift. Works personally with staff to ensure proper maintenance of the structural, electrical, plumbing, and overall integrity of the facility, outbuildings, and grounds. Trains crew members in safe performance of tasks.  Duties may include repair, maintenance or new construction involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, concrete, or HVAC equipment.

Cage Cashier (part-time) – Handle transactions involving cash, chips, and checks. Will work directly with guests.


Bartender (part-time) – Responsible for ensuring positive guest experience, set-up, maintenance, and operation of the bar.  Utilizes computer system to reconcile customer bills and payments.  Responsible for end-of-shift reconciliation.

Cashier/Host/Hostess (full-time/part-time) – Responsible to provide information and control flow of guests through restaurant and take reservations. Handle all cash transaction by using a Point of Sale System.

Cook (full-time) – Prepare menu items in accordance with established procedures, method of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all times.

Kitchen Aide (part-time/full-time) – Responsible for keeping the kitchen in good sanitary condition and work area clean and orderly.

Server (part-time) – Coordinate entire server station and communicate with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Promotes good customer relations.

Guest Safety Ambassador (part-time) – Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions.

Hotel Auditor (full-time) – This position is responsible for conducting all audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel’s front desk. Audit responsibilities include balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports. While completing these duties, the Auditor will attend to guest needs such as guest check-in/check-outs, reservations, PBX and attending to guest questions and needs.

Hotel Room Attendant (full-time) – Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens, and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.

Valet Attendant (part-time/full-time)To provide exemplary guest service to the Casino guests throughout the duration of their stay.  Responsible for the safety of guest vehicles in Valet parking and Bell service. Supplies information to guests regarding Casino promotions, events and area attractions.  Remains current on weather and road conditions.

Slot Attendant (part-time/full-time)Responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the Casino floor and attending to the needs of our guests.  Repairs small technical problems with the slot machines, that can be quickly remedied, so that the guest can continue with an enjoyable gaming experience.
