Bingo Service Clerk (part-time) (temporary position)- Responsible for assisting in all sub-departments in bingo: floor clerk, pull tab clerk, Issues Supervisor, Caller, Admissions Clerk, Paper Clerk and Paymaster.

EVS Technician (full-time and part-time) – The Floor Tech is responsible for completing all daily work assignments which includes all  aspects of cleanliness and maintenance of an assigned area in the Casino as well as the position’s primary focus of floor care. Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor the lead floor tech maintains all floors. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing and shampooing to keep floors at a glossy shine and carpeted areas clean.  The position must be able to greet and assist guests as needed while working on the Casino floor.

Cage Cashier (part-time) – Handle transactions involving cash, chips, and checks. Will work directly with guests.

Dual Rate Lead Cage Cashier (full-time) – Operate and oversee the cage area. Responsible for all chips and cash in area, follows check cashing procedures.


Bartender (part-time/full-time) – Responsible for ensuring positive guest experience, set-up, maintenance, and operation of the bar.  Utilizes computer system to reconcile customer bills and payments.  Responsible for end-of-shift reconciliation.

Cook (full-time) – Prepare menu items in accordance with established procedures, method of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all times.

Kitchen Aide (full-time) – Responsible for keeping the kitchen in good sanitary condition and work area clean and orderly.

Server (part-time) – Coordinate entire server station and communicate with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Promotes good customer relations.

Guest Safety Ambassador (full-time/part-time) – Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions.

Hotel Room Attendant (full-time) – Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens, and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.

Hotel From Desk Clerk (full-time) – Registers guests, provides room assignments, checks-in, checks-out and cashiers in a friendly, professional manner to encourage repeat business. Provides exceptional guest service to ensure an outstanding experience and promotes return visits.

Guest Service Representative (part-time)Under the supervision and guidance of the Marketing Management Team, the G/S Representative facilitates all facets of the work and activities done through the Marketing Department at the guest service desk.  This includes, but is not limited to: guest relations, bussing and promotions as described below.

Director of Slot Operations (full-time) – The Slot Operations Director is responsible for leading the successful operation of the Slot Department, optimizing gaming profits and promoting high levels of quality service.

Slot Attendant (part-time) – Responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the Casino floor and attending to the needs of our guests.  Repairs small technical problems with the slot machines, that can be quickly remedied, so that the guest can continue with an enjoyable gaming experience.
