Environmental Services Technician- The Floor Tech is responsible for completing all daily work assignments which includes all  aspects of cleanliness and maintenance of an assigned area in the Casino as well as the positions primary focus of floor care. Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor the lead floor tech maintains all floors. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing and shampooing to keep floors at a glossy shine and carpeted areas clean. The position must be able to greet and assist guests as needed while working on the Casino floor.

Revenue Auditor- Performs audits of Bingo, EGDs, Card Room, Casino Cage, Food and Beverage and other documentation to ensure that all gaming revenue is properly accounted for and reported.

Cage Cashier (part-time) – Handle transactions involving cash, chips, and checks. Will work directly with guests.

Catering Server (part-time) – Coordinate entire server station and communicate with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Promote good customer relations.

Food and Beverage Cashier/Host/Hostess (part-time) – Responsible to provide information and control flow of guests through restaurant and take reservations.  Handle all cash transactions by using a Point of Sale System.

Hospitality Server (part-time) – Under the supervision of the Hospitality Supervisor provides complimentary beverages and no host cocktails to the Casino’s guests and delivers and picks up room service orders in an expedient and efficient manner.

Snack Bar Counter Clerk – Service the guest in a fast, courteous and accurate manner.  Responsible for general food service area to include cash register and fountain service.

Seasons Server (part-time) – Coordinate entire server station and communicate with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.  Promote good customer relations.

Wintun Cook (Part-Time) – Prepare menu items in accordance with established procedures, method of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all items.

Guest Safety Ambassador- Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions.

Valet Attendant- To provide exemplary guest service to the Casino guests throughout the duration of their stay.  Responsible for the safety of guest vehicles in Valet parking and Bell service. Supplies information to guests regarding Casino promotions, events and area attractions.  Remains current on weather and road conditions.

Hotel Front Desk Clerk – Registers guests, provides room assignments, checks-in, checks-out and cashiers in a friendly, professional manner to encourage repeat business. Provides exceptional guest service to ensure an outstanding experience and promotes return visits.

Hotel Room Attendant – Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.

Asian Casino Host- The Asian Casino Host will, at all times, promote the facility, services, programs and events while interacting with Marketing, Table Games, Slots and casino guests.  The primary purpose for this position is to build the customer database and increase player loyalty through recruitment and retention techniques including actively recruiting new players to become members of the Players’ Club program specifically within Asian communities.  The successful Asian Casino Host will ensure player retention through the use of direct mail and extensive telemarketing, with a primary focus on maintaining player activity.

The Asian Casino Host is responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a favorable gaming experience, taking care of guests’ needs and acting on the guests’ behalf to secure information and/or reservations at our property and off-property events.  The Asian Casino Host will be active in an ongoing effort to prospect for new business, in particular, very aggressively seeking Premium-level player signups with players being actively identified and developed.  Asian Casino Hosts are responsible for identifying and developing 250+ ADT “Premium” level players.  In addition the, Asian Casino Host is responsible for disseminating information from a variety of sources to the Director of Marketing.

Slot Attendant (part-time) – Responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the Casino floor and attending to the needs of our guests.  Repairs small technical problems with the slot machines, that can be quickly remedied, so that the guest can continue with an enjoyable gaming experience.
