EVS Technician (full-time and part-time) – The Floor Tech is responsible for completing all daily work assignments which includes all  aspects of cleanliness and maintenance of an assigned area in the Casino as well as the position’s primary focus of floor care. Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor the lead floor tech maintains all floors. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing and shampooing to keep floors at a glossy shine and carpeted areas clean.  The position must be able to greet and assist guests as needed while working on the Casino floor.

HVAC Technician (full-time) – The HVAC/R Technician will perform routine maintenance, installation and repair to air conditioning and refrigeration units. This position will also assist in the maintenance of the structural, electrical, and overall integrity of the facility and outbuildings. Duties may include repair, maintenance or new construction involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, concrete, and HVAC/R equipment.

Cook (full-time) – Prepare menu items in accordance with established procedures, method of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all times.

Kitchen Aide (part-time) – Responsible to keep kitchen in good sanitary condition and work area clean and orderly.

Guest Safety Ambassador (full-time) – Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions.

Hotel Front Desk Clerk (full-time) – Registers guests, provides room assignments, checks-in, checks-out and cashiers in a friendly, professional manner to encourage repeat business. Provides exceptional guest service to ensure an outstanding experience and promotes return visits.

Hotel Night Auditor (part-time) – This position is responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel’s front desk. Audit responsibilities include nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports. While completing these duties, the Night Auditor will attend to guest needs such as guest check-in/check-outs, reservations, PBX and attending to guest questions and needs.

 

Director of Human Resources (full-time) – The Human Resource Director provides leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develops and implements corporate HR strategies, coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff ; reports to the Tribal Economic Development Committee and Casino General Manager and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. The HR Director originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

IT Director (full-time) – The IT Director’s primary responsibility is to oversee the streamlined operation of the IT department and to ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the Casino. This individual’s principal goals are to develop and manage application portfolios for each department and to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the Casino. The IT Director plans, coordinates, directs, and designs all operational activities of the IT department, as well as provides direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. The IT Director works closely with directors and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

IT Network Administrator (full-time) – Assists in definition, design, and implementation of networked systems. Implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) to improve the performance and reliability of the system under the guidance of the IT Manager. Assists in network system planning, installation, monitoring, testing, and servicing (including cable installation). Trains other employees on systems.

Guest Service Representative (full-time) – Under the supervision and guidance of the Marketing Manager, the Guest Service Representative facilitates all facets of the work and activities done through the guest service desk. This includes, but is not limited to: guest relations, bussing and promotions as described below.
