Bingo Admission Clerk (part-time) – Responsible for selling admission Bingo paper and electronic Bingo devices to customers during session worked. Also responsible for control of Bingo paper issued to them and cash received from guests.
EVS Technician (full-time) (part-time) – Maintains the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices and other required areas. This includes all aspects of floor care.
Building Technician (full-time) – Maintains the structural and overall integrity of the facility and outbuildings.
HVAC Technician (full-time) – The HVAC/R Technician will perform primarily be responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of commercial equipment.
Cage Cashier (full-time) – Handle transactions involving cash, chips, and checks. Will work directly with guests.
Revenue Auditor (full-time) – Performs audits of Bingo, EGDs, Card Room, Casino Cage, Food and Beverage and other documentation to ensure that all gaming revenue is properly accounted for and reported.
Staff Accountant 1 (full-time) – Assists the Accounting Manager with review and coordination in the preparation of all financial and operating reports of all departments; posts financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records; ensures Colusa Casino Resort compliance with all government financial payment and reporting requirements.
Experienced Cook (full-time) – Prepare menu items in accordance with established procedures, method of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all items. Minimum 4 years proven experience in a high volume kitchen.
Gift Shop Supervisor (full-time) – Directly responsible for Gift shop inventory and ordering, oversees gift shop staff and scheduling, plus handles the promotion of merchandise. Will also handle transactions involving cash. Work directly with guest in retail atmosphere, and stocking and display of Vending. Assists Front of the House Supervisor and Executive Chef with all department and guest needs in a professional manner.
Server/Cashier/Host/Hostess (part-time) – Coordinate entire server station and communicate with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Promote good customer relations. Responsible to provide information and control flow of guests through restaurant and take reservations. Handle all cash transaction by using a Point of Sale System.
Guest Safety Ambassador (full-time) – Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions.
Hotel Room Attendant (part-time) – To provide exemplary guest service to the Casino guests throughout the duration of their stay. Responsible for the safety of guest vehicles in Valet parking and Bell service. Supplies information to guests regarding Casino promotions, events and area attractions. Remains current on weather and road conditions.
Housekeeping Supervisor (full-time) – Facilitates high standards of Hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by scheduling, allocating assignments and directly overseeing staff engaged in cleaning hotel rooms and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities. Promotes a clean, safe, healthy and positive work environment for employees and guests at all times. Schedules and delegates daily work to the housekeeping staff.
Valet Attendant (part-time) – Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens, and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.
Director of Human Resources (full-time) – The Human Resource Director provides leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develops and implements corporate HR strategies, coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff ; reports to the Tribal Economic Development Committee and Casino General Manager and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. The HR Director originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
IT Director (full-time) – The IT Director’s primary responsibility is to oversee the streamlined operation of the IT department and to ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the Casino. This individual’s principal goals are to develop and manage application portfolios for each department and to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the Casino. The IT Director plans, coordinates, directs, and designs all operational activities of the IT department, as well as provides direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. The IT Director works closely with directors and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Guest Service Representative (part-time) – Under the supervision and guidance of the Marketing Management Team, the G/S Representative facilitates all facets of the work and activities done through the Marketing Department at the guest service desk. This includes, but is not limited to: guest relations, bussing and promotions as described below.
